Breathe in and breathe out through both the nostrils in quick successions.
Chandrang Bhastrika How to do:
Close the right nostril with the help of right thumb. Breathe in and breath out through the left nostril in quick succession.
Suryang Bahastrika Jow to do:
Close the left nostril with the help of right ring finger. Breathe in and breathe out through the right nostril quick successions.
Sushumna Bhastrika How to do :
Alternatively changing the nostril breathe out and breathe in quick successions.
