This exercise has a double benefit: it allows you to breathe normally after intense sexual activity, and it can also be used to prepare for a longer, more intense and energetic relationship.
How to do:
1. For a few minutes, place the tip of your tongue on the back of your two front teeth and on the leading edge of your palate.
2. At the same time, fold the rings and touch their pads with your miniatures. Be sure to do it with both hands at the same time.
This variation may seem insignificant, but it changes your energies in a certain way. If touching the back of your incisors with the tip of your tongue does not produce a particular sensation, place it in the middle of your palate. Keep listening to your body. Remember, the most effective part of this exercise is the mudra that you do with your fingers.
This exercise is a variation of the previous one.
How to do:
Wrap your ring finger rings in the thumbnails as in the previous exercise. While inhaling a long, calm breath, pat the palate with the tip of your tongue. While exhaling, replace your tongue along the palate in the front of your mouth. The movement of the tongue follows the breath and at the same time has a calming effect on the breath.
As the lungs and breathing slow down, they further slow down the movement of the tongue. Your lungs and tongue will slow down, your breathing and your beats should soon be completely calm again.
