As I mentioned before, this modern world we live in is full of distractions. And yoga can help reduce the stress from this hectic lifestyle. However, coming into a studio off the street can be a jarring experience.

 

You can’t flip a switch and go from modern, stressful and loud to quiet and mindful in an instant. It will take time to move between the two worlds. Because of this transition period, most of the yoga session is not going to be the fullest it can be.

 

When you take CBD beforehand, it can reset the brain much faster so you can make the transition sooner and get more out of your yoga.
