While the two previous exercises help both parties to catch their breath, calm down and recover energy, the heart and lungs, which experience the most stress during intense sexual activity, require additional rationalization. This can be achieved by massaging an important point in the pericardium meridian pericardium 8.
How to do:
Massage the centre of the palm of your right hand firmly with your left thumb. Then pass with the right thumb and massage the centre of the left palm.
In traditional Chinese medicine, this point is called PC 8 (pericardium 8), which means that it is the eighth point of the meridian that corresponds to the heart muscle.
If you want to improve the effect of this mudra, follow the previous exercises by placing the tip of the tongue behind the front teeth.
