Soyabean is one of the best healthy food. But only few persons know how to use it in a healthy way. soyamilk is a highly nutritional food. To day I am sharing an easy method of preparing Soya milk.
Soya milk can be easily prepared by soaking the beans in water for about 12 hours. After the 12 hour the skin of the soya bean is removed and after a through wash, they are turned into a fine paste in a grinding machine. Add water in a ratio of 1:3 to the paste. Then the mixture is boiled in a slow fire, stirring it frequently. After a while it will be come little cooler, it should be strained through a cheese cloth and sugar added.
These is the best and easy method of preparing Soya milk. Soya milk is rich in lecithin, Vitamin B1 and glutamic acid.
