This Excellent diet to detoxify your body in just three days

We all know the  importance of consuming healthy food   for our health but we all sometimes eat foods, that are bad for our health. And the worst thing  is that it’s so difficult to stop eating it! Well, if you want to change your diet, the best option is to reduce your cravings for processed foods, and you need to start with the detoxification process. In this post, you will get the beast cleansing methos that will effectively detoxify your body in three days.

To detoxify your body , you have  begin with this cleansing method, you need to stop eating dairy products two days before you begin with it. It is because dairy products are slowly digested, and they will prevent the cleansing process. And, your body should be clean from all harmful toxins found in dairy products, before it begins with the cleaning of the lungs.

The night before you begin with the cleansing process, you need to drink one cup of herbal laxative, Black Forest for example. This laxative will help cleaning the intestines from harmful toxins and excess waste, that may cause constipation. You should also know that your lungs shouldn’t be overloaded by blockages in the body because it may distrub  the detoxification process.

You have to make a drink with lemon juice in it. Mix half cup of water with lemon juice from two whole lemons and drink it before breakfast. This natural drink will help you in the digestion of powerful alkaline foods, and it will help your lungs to regenerate faster.
While you eat your breakfast, make sure that  you drink one and half cup of grapefruit juice with it. Just in case, you don’t like the taste of grapefruit juice, you can add some water to it or replace it with little pineapple juice. Pineapple and grapefruit are loaded with antioxidants, that will keep your respiratory system healthy.
Then, after breakfast, you need to drink one to one and half  cup of pure carrot juice. You need to drink this juice as breakfast and lunch because  carrot juice will help to alkalize your body while you are cleaning your organism. Carrots are full off  with beta-carotene, that the body turns into Vitamin A. this is the reason that carrots are extremely beneficial for the respiratory tract.
At lunch time, you have to drink 300ml cups of potassium juice, because potassium is an excellent  antioxidant which is great for cleaning the body, especially if it’s consumed in a liquid form. So, what do you have to make a juice rich in potassium? then, you have to squeeze: celery, parsley, sea greens, carrots and spinach. If you don’t own juice, you can use Noni juice – just mix it with one cup of water. You can buy Noni juice in any local health store. There are several different brands on the market, so make sure you buy the right one and make sure you buy pure Noni juice.
Drink one cup of mucus cleansing tea, one hour before dinner, every day! The mucus cleansing tea is full off with healthy nutrients, such as ginger, rose hips and peppermint. These herbs are extremely useful and beneficial against mucus build up, stuffy nose and congestion. You can find this tea in all supermarkets and the local health food stores.
Drink 340 ml of pure cranberry juice before you go to bed. It will help you against bacteria in the lungs, which can cause infection. The cranberry juice is full off with antioxidants, and it’s extremely beneficial for your blood and urine.
