Hyperactivity is a disorder of the central nervous system. It occurs mainly in children.
- The lack of attention and concentration.
- Not being able to remain still in the same place for more than 10 minutes.
- There are continuous movements of the fingers, legs and hands.
- Aggressiveness and impulsivity, as well as the tendency to insomnia.
The main causes are brain problems, the consumption of refined sugar and carbohydrates, as well as some preservatives that are added to food. Other causes may be of deep psychological origin, such as: As anxiety or restlessness, which cause concern to the person. Dyslexia also causes hyperactivity.
Reduce refined sugar and flour and strengthen the nervous system with – Vitamins B, mainly B1 and B6, as well as vitamins C, E, omega-3, proteins and multi-minerals.
Note: Hyperactivity may be due to a problem with hypothyroidism.
