The body’s energy comes from the lower abdomen, where it may be easily blocked. These blockages can lead to various types of emotional stiffness or physical problems such as constipation. The easiest way to deal with blockages in this area of the body is to move the energy to the following mudra. This will help to awaken the world of your senses and release all the energies trapped in the lower part of your body.
How to do:
You can do this exercise on a firm mattress or on the floor, as long as the floor is not too cold to cool the kidneys.
Lie down with your knees bent and the soles of your feet face up. Place your feet parallel to each other at a distance of 25 to 30 centimetres. Put your arms next to your body on the floor. Breathe calmly and regularly, gently tilt the pelvis back and forth. Repeat with rhythmic movements, neither too fast nor too slow. Practice this pelvic tilt for one or two minutes, but no more, then relax and listen to your body for three minutes. Repeat the tilt movements for two minutes, then rest and listen to your body again. Whenever you do not feel tingling in the hands or lower face or trembling in the thighs, you can gently repeat this process four or five times. After that, rest. Above all, do not forget to rest for three minutes and listen to your body, but not long after every two minutes of exercise.
