Working out at home seems to be quite an easier task and super convenient than heading to the gym. But just that you need is to “STAY COMMITTED”. Although, workout at home is quite a little challenging due to various distractions and thus most of the time we tend to quit early.  Training at home is a great way to stay fit without even leaving your comfort zone! Plus you can save your dollars of the gym membership since you really don’t need to have all those fancy expensive training equipment at home.

The best, easy and free way to be committed for home workouts is to have a fitness buddy. Workout with them at home and challenges can be very motivational.
