Yogic diet plan for asthma and Lung disease patients:
One or two chapaties having brawn and leafy vegetable. boiled vegetables and salad should form the meal. Take lime warm water with honey. Soaked raisins, tea of cardamom, ginger&pepper , tulasi leaves and may also replace tea etc.

Yoga asanas like Suptavajrasana, Ushtrasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Makarasna, Jalneti, effectiveSutraneti & Kunjal useful in this condition, regular practice of this asanas will give permanent cure. Abdominal breathing, Bow pose, Corpse pose, Fish head stand, Locusts, Lotus, Mountain, Shoulderstand, This asanas and pranayam are useful to overcome Asthma.
