I think you all know the importance of the chakras in our life. Knowing which chakras are opened is another crucial thing everyone should know.
Do you believe that your sleeping habits reveal which are the chakras are opened?
Yes, your sleeping habits and position gives indications of opened and closed chakras. In the ancient Asian texts, various characteristics for the dominant function of the chakras are named. In this context, the analysis of our sleeping habits is given.
If a person lives primarily through the first chakra, a greater need for sleep ranging from 10 to 12 hours will manifest itself and the preferred sleeping position will be on the stomach.
People requiring about 8-10 hours of sleep, which they spent in a prenatal position, live primarily through their second chakra.
Those of us leading their lives mostly through the third chakra prefer sleeping on their back and require 7-8 hours of sleep.
A person whose fourth chakra is predominantly developed will usually rest on the left side and only needs 5-6 hours of sleep.
If the fifth chakra is opened, active and predominant, 4-5 hours of sleep are needed each night, spent resting on the right and left side alternatively.
If the sixth chakra is opened, active and predominant, the person will only spend about 4 hours between sleep and be waking sleep.
Waking sleep is a state in which inner consciousness is maintained while the body sleeps. It is a type of rest to be expected when the seventh chakra is open and ruling. The totally enlightened person no longer sleeps in the usual sense, but simply provides the body periods of rest.
I think by now you are able to find which are the chakras are opened and how many left there to open.
